Develop local markets in the area, in charge of retail store and b2b sales channel management and marketing.
Participate in market research, participate in domestic and grasp market dynamics, be familiar with market trends, industry dynamics, potential needs and provide insights for market analysis, and provide strategic for business development.
Responsible for the in-depth management and secondary development of old customers, seek cooperation growth for old products and new product cooperation opportunities.
Responsible for new customer development, lead the team to develop local markets through multiple channels including but not limited to social media, customer data, and the Internet to obtain new customer resources, business negotiations, and reach new cooperation.
Build customer management files, standardize customer information management, conduct customer analysis, and effectively manage customers.
According to the customer level, visit customers regularly or regularly, establish and maintain good relationships with customers, and be responsible for business negotiations and transactions with customers.
Follow up the execution of sales orders, communicate with relevant departments and personnel in various links in a timely manner, and ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in handling customer complaints, track the results of complaint handling, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys in accordance with relevant regulations.
Responsible for making strategies, plans, goals and implementation plans, and organizing and following up the implementation of the plans.
Lead the team to promote the development and increase of new/old customer orders, achieve the goals of payment collection, delivery and order acquisition, and zero overdue payment
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT
More than 2 years of management sales and customer development experience in retail industry and b2b industry.
Can use English to communicate fluently and make professional business introductions is a plus.
Familiar with the local culture and humanistic environment, with excellent negotiation and persuasiveness, strong logical comprehensive analysis ability and keen observation, quick thinking, good at learning, and good adaptability.
Excellent data analysis ability, negotiation skills and execution, excellent leadership, good at building a positive and result-oriented team.
