REQUIREMENT

10~15 years of experience in Major food companies in Indonesia or Global Food company or FMCG industry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record in both Sales and Marketing roles, with a stronger emphasis on Marketing experience Experience in managing and negotiating with retail clients. Track record of food product management and market expansion. Experience in sales, marketing, or strategic planning within the food business. Demonstrates strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market and culture. Proactive and ambitious personality with growth mindset. Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Indonesian Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or later (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Prior experience in the FMCG industry.
