DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Promote the plumbing products and achieve sales target set by the company.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their needs.
Identify and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.
Involve in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help division manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
REQUIREMENT
Proven track record of success in a sales role, at least 2 years of sales experiences within the building material industry. Candidate with customer service experiences will also be considered.
High diploma or above, prefer in marketing or engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
