REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of tender or engineering experience in the power equipment, construction, or a related industry. Familiarity with the Bidding/Tendering/Quotation Process and bidding documents preparation. Familiarity with the technical specifications of power products like MV & LV switchgear and transformers. Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic to intermediate), capable of reading and creating CAD drawings. Ability to understand the basic logic and content of SLD & GA (Single Line Diagram & General Arrangement). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. Basic English proficiency for reading, writing, and communication. Fundamental business sense to understand project cost structures and commercial considerations. Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and have patience. Self-time management ability. On-site or field experience or project management experience is a plus. Understanding of commercial terms & conditions of bidding proposal is a plus. Liaising with opportunity leaders and account managers to understand the opportunity requirement/scope/needs for tender and properly identify equivalent Schneider solution offer. Ensure RFQ compliance to internal policy and process requirements. Coordinate with different factories for proper equipment/solution offering. Perform detailed cost analysis based on target price and/or bid competitiveness and value proposition. Secure tender approval issue approved tender to opportunity leader within SLA.
