DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To be responsible for performing sell-out store to end user (data sell-out, stock competitor activities) To be responsible for performing sell-through distributor to American Standard Priority Club and others Stores (data sell-through) To be responsible for managing sell-in from LIXIL to distributors (data sell-in, payment, shipment) To monitor and develop salesman’s distributor selling skill and product knowledge on distributor To be responsible for manage and evaluate promotor’s performance Make sure Display Product installed as standard as company requirement at the stores Take the ownership of marketing program execution and monitoring Acting as market intelligent related to blocking competitor strategy and create an opportunity within their assigned territory To conduct quarter review with Distributor Regular visit to Distributor & Store Monitor end to end after sales service process that related to customer complain & request. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities Abreast of regulation concern with EHS
REQUIREMENT

Min. Diploma degree in Any Education background At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably having exposure in Building Material. Proven track record of success in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets At LIXIL Water Technology - Indonesia, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
