DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop new customer relationships and drive OEM/ODM business growth in the Americas & Europe. Manage and expand existing business partnerships to ensure revenue stability and growth. Define strategic sales goals and execute plans effectively to achieve business targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company strategy.
REQUIREMENT

Currently at a senior level (Division Head, BU Head, Director, or AVP equivalent). Proven track record in networking, system, satellite, IoT, automotive, or smart home industries (not PC/Notebook/Mobile). Strong leadership in international business development with hands-on experience in Americas or European markets. Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The maturity to lead large-scale client relationships and strategic projects.
