DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Accounting & Financial Operations Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting Maintain and reconcile financial records Prepare monthly and annual financial statements Human Resource Handle payroll processing and benefits administration Maintain HR records and ensure timely submission of statutory reports (e.g. MOM, CPF, IRAS) Manage employee personal profiles and leave records Administration Provide general administrative support (e.g. license applications, renewals, event logistics) Liaise with suppliers and service providers Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Accountancy or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, with proficiency in handling full sets of accounts Knowledge of HR practices, including payroll and employee relations Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero accounting software Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
