DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with local labor regulations. Act as the primary liaison with labor unions and lead negotiation processes. Handle labor disputes and coordinate with government institutions such as the Ministry of Manpower when needed. Draft, review, and update Company Regulations (PP) or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB). Manage disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination procedures in accordance with legal requirements. Oversee General Affairs matters such as operational vehicles, permits, office assets, and general facilities. Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment across the organization.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Human Resources Management, or Psychology. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR at a managerial level, with a strong focus on industrial relations and general affairs. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, Omnibus Law, BPJS, and other employment regulations. Proven experience working with labor unions, handling negotiations, and attending Industrial Relations Court (PHI) is a must. Assertive, communicative, and an excellent negotiator. Able to work independently and collaboratively with a strategic problem-solving mindset. Experience in the F&B or retail industry is a strong advantage.
