DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide assistance with admission activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions
Review admissions applications, write summaries and make recommendations regarding acceptance
Provide update admission information and effective assistance to prospective students
Carry out registration form selling process (e.g., conduct sales, registration and admission test activities)
Ensure overall compliance in admissions procedure implementation (e.g., proper correspondence, admission documentation is received and acknowledged, filed)
Arrange admission test schedule and venue. Inform admission test procedure to prospective students
Follow up prospective customers after admission test acceptance
Participate in required marketing events
Create income report related to registration form sales. Ensure its balance with transactions occurred
Provide information related to product and services (i.e., programs offered, tuition fees, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved)
Implement innovative and proactive communication strategies to attract and enroll more students
Perform data entry process of prospective students and ensure the accuracy with confidentiality of related process
Maintain and update the database of student information (e.g., telephone logs, student feedbacks)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
Have minimum 2 year of experience in Admission/Data Analyst/Customer Service or any similar position
Familiar with current trends in digital/social media, and strong analytical skills
Good Interpersonal, and Communication & Sales Skills
Must be fluent in English (verbal & written), knowing Mandarin is a plus
Experience using Salesforce CRM in a professional setting (preferred)
