DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support the preparation and management of compliance documents, including SOPs, internal policies, and employment agreements. Assist in handling administrative processes related to industrial relations, such as employee records, warning letters, agreements, and supporting documents. Contribute to the preparation of periodic compliance and industrial relations reports. Use Microsoft Power Automate (if applicable) to help streamline HR and compliance workflows. Support internal communication initiatives for company policy and compliance socialization. Collaborate with HR, Legal, and cross-functional teams to support compliance and industrial relations needs.

REQUIREMENT

Final-year student (min. 5th semester) or fresh graduate majoring in Law, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Strong interest in compliance, industrial relations, and HR. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus. Detail-oriented, high integrity, and precise in administrative work. Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus. Proactive, fast learner, and adaptable. Available for a minimum internship duration of 3–6 months.
