DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Effectively implement the contract renewal plan and achieve a contract renewal rate of 80%. Improve the machine contract coverage and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and customer service. Manage the order and contract maintenance setting process for customers in Taiwan to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of orders. Supervise the invoice process, including invoice issuance, tracking and problem solving, to ensure smooth financial processes. Cooperate with the consumables department to jointly manage the consumables and contract services of customers in the use of instruments. Fill in the management forms and reports required by the company. PerkinElmer
