DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee the complete spectrum of HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning programs, and performance management.
Design effective HR frameworks that strengthen organizational structure and support long-term workforce planning.
Develop leadership pipelines and manage succession planning to sustain business growth.
Lead employee relations activities, resolve workplace issues, and handle compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage payroll administration, compensation & benefits programs, BPJS, and statutory employee taxes.
Supervise General Affairs functions, including facility management, security arrangements, and coordination with external vendors.
Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and support both internal and external audit processes.
Create and maintain proper HR records, policies, and documentation in line with legal standards.
Drive initiatives to foster a healthy work culture and align employees with company values.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in HR leadership roles, with preference for those from manufacturing or large-scale corporate settings.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR management, including organization development, industrial relations, and administrative support functions.
Familiarity with Indonesian labor law, HR compliance requirements, and ISO management systems.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and capability to work across different business units.
