DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Register and process incoming/outgoing invoices, advances, and reimbursements.
Input vendor bills, credit memos, and AP transactions into SAP.
Process payments, reimbursements, and per diems within due dates.
Set up new vendors and update vendor records in SAP.
Prepare AP aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
Act as a liaison between vendors and internal departments.
Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation availability.
Manage vendor-related correspondence via telephone and email.
Provide outstanding AP reports for cash flow management.
Provide invoice reports related to barging for royalty purposes.
Record sales transactions and issue invoices/debit notes for vendors or customers.
Perform monthly closing activities.
Record payroll transactions into the General Ledger.
Record accrued expenses and provisions.
Post depreciation and amortization entries.
Maintain prepaid expense schedules.
Perform foreign exchange (forex) revaluations.
Provide actual cost reporting and prepare budget/forecast recaps.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in commodity trading or mining industry is an advantage
Proficient in SAP (especially FICO module).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of accounting, finance, tax, and market practices.
Familiarity with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
High level of professionalism, skepticism, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
