DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material handling, and shipping Implement lean warehousing practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure safety Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely material availability for production Manage efficient return process of waste and unused production materials Collaborate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and support operational needs Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members to meet operational goals Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Oversee maintenance and organization of warehouse equipment, layout, and storage systems Develop KPIs and reporting to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory management, and ERP platforms Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive process improvement, and manage change Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Willing to work 6 days and to be placed in Kapuk Kamal
