DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage stock levels, build 3–6 month forecasts, and oversee procurement from order to delivery. Create purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure import documents (invoice, packing list, COO/Form E, etc.) are complete. Handle product licensing and compliance documents (Kemenkes/BPOM, SNI) in coordination with internal teams. Communicate with suppliers, verify pricing and port details, and resolve issues on timelines or quality. Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend and lead times, and recommend cost-saving strategies. Work closely with management to share insights, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve processes.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, with exposure to import procedures. Strong analytical thinking, Excel proficiency, and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while coordinating across teams. A growth mindset, smart, quick to understand concepts, and eager to learn even without prior industry experience.
