DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level positions, from job posting to onboarding. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit with role requirements and company culture. Use data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, diversity, and quality of hire. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive networking and relationship management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management or related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment. Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of roles, including niche and executive positions. Strong understanding of sourcing tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
