Developing and implementing strategies to maintain positive employee and industrial relations
Conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and impartial process
Advising and supporting management on a wide range of industrial relations issues, including dispute resolution and negotiations
Negotiating and managing relationships with trade unions and other employee representatives
Ensuring the company's HCM policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Developing, implementing, and maintaining employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience in an employee/industrial relations role as Supervisor or Section Head Level
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor's degree from any field
