DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs. Manage learning administration, including scheduling, attendance, and training records. Coordinate with internal and external trainers/vendors for learning activities. Monitor training effectiveness and prepare regular reports. Support talent development initiatives such as competency mapping, career development, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and company standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in training, learning, or HR development (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered). Good communication and coordination skills. Strong administrative and organizational ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage. Good command of English (both written and spoken).
