Identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition. · Handling every issue at the customer, whether related to projects or managed services, in accordance with the SLA. · Performing technical tasks as the Person In Charge (PIC) in project implementation. · Having interest in IT Security is a must and Passionate in the field of cyber security. · Candidate must be quick learner, hard worker, multitasker, Good English, have good communication skill and presentation skill. · Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP-based services, internet routing protocols, Firewall/IDS/IPS/WAF and monitoring tools, reading and analyze Wireshark PCAP. · Familiar with linux and unix. · Exposure with network or security equipment (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper Networks, Bluecoat, F5, Riverbed, etc) will be added advantage. · Having relevant industry certification and Holding one or more of the following certificates is an advantage (e.g. PCNSE, CCNA / CCNP Security, NSE 4/5/7) is a must. · Language proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. · Strong written and verbal communication abilities. · Ability to speak and present reports. · Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. · Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. · Report to manager.
