DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support integration of enterprise systems (middleware, APIs, ETL, data transformation). Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure seamless delivery. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in system development. Provide system impact analysis and troubleshooting.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years as System Analyst, preferably in banking/financial industry Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies Hands-on with .NET, MS SQL, middleware, APIs, ETL tools Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
