DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Provide timely IT support to end-users. · Log, monitor, and resolve support tickets in accordance with SLA. · Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams when necessary. · Track and update ticket statuses while maintaining clear communication with users. · Create and update user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. · Prepare simple reports on IT support activities, common issues, and resolutions. · Identify and suggest improvements to minimize recurring issues. · Participate in IT projects such as system rollouts, upgrades, or migrations.
REQUIREMENT

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. · 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience. · Security Awareness: Knowledge of antivirus, data protection, and basic cybersecurity hygiene. · Software Support: IT Applications at stores such as POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application. · Remote Support Tools: TeamViewer. · Ticketing Systems: Experience with ITSM tools. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Customer-oriented mindset and patience in handling users. · Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking. · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. · Team player with a willingness to learn new technologies.
