Collaborate with Solution Architect and conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, advising stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and recommending appropriate Salesforce features and tools.
Engage business stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements.
Process Mapping stakeholders and Analysis on existing business processes, and recommend process changes where appropriate.
Design Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs while incorporating feedback to ensure user stories are accurate.
Define and validate acceptance criteria for solutions and work closely with developers to clarify user stories and ensure seamless implementation.
Design reusable test automation frameworks tailored for functional and regression testing.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
5+years of hands-on experience in delivering project delivery and leading requirements workshops.
