DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, networking devices, and other devices (printers, scanners, etc.) Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and other hardware according to company standards Help maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other devices Work with IT teams to ensure hardware is compatible with software and network systems Perform regular hardware audits and manage inventory Be willing to travel between Ancol Office & Marunda Office if needed
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 1 year experience with ERP (Accurate, Odoo, Microsoft business central) will be consider Experience in operating Python, SQL, CSS Experience in IT hardware support or repair Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and networking devices Familiar with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills
