Responding to customer inquiries and complaints received via email, phone, and other communication channels Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Providing product information and assisting customers with their online purchases Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicating them to the relevant team Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and provide exceptional customer support Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries and concerns Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
