DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Feature Development & Support Write and maintain clean, readable code in Python/JavaScript under guidance from senior engineers. Assist in building new features and fixing bugs to improve platform performance. Support database queries and ensure smooth integration with business processes. Testing & Quality Contribute to writing unit and integration tests. Help debug and resolve issues to maintain system stability. Collaboration & Learning Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver features. Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from experienced engineers. Actively learn new tools, frameworks, and methods to continuously improve your skills. Continuous Growth Stay curious about emerging technologies and how they apply to AI platforms. Take initiative in small projects, gradually increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
REQUIREMENT

Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or final-year student awaiting graduation). Academic projects, internships, or personal coding projects demonstrating problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: Basic programming knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript. Familiarity with software development concepts such as version control (Git) and debugging. Exposure to relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB) through coursework or projects. Understanding of APIs and how applications communicate. Interest in learning about cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) and DevOps practices. Interest in or curiosity about AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs). Soft Skills: Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions. Eagerness to learn from feedback and grow technical skills. Team player with adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
