DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
REQUIREMENT
Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Proactive, target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales goals Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using CRM systems Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective success
