1 Processing Sales Order & Purchase Order in Accurate System
2 Filing all the documents related to Sales Order & Purchase Order
3 Finding and maintain a good relation with Suppliers
4 Processing Receive Items in Accurate System
5 Prepared and completed underlying documents for Account Payable Payment
6 Recap and reconcile Sales Order and Purchase Order in timely manner
7 Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all claim-related documents
8 Keep records and report of Purchase Order
9 Making travel arrangements (e.g Ticket, Hotel, Transportation)
10 Processing the purchase of office supplies
REQUIREMENT
1 Proficient with office applications, Accurate Online System and aptitude for learning new software and systems 2 Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information 3 Bachelor's degree 4 Min. 3 years Experience in Administrative services or related fields 5 Familiar with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone system, etc. 6 Proactive, Strong-time management and multitasking abilities 7 Professional appearance and courteous manner
