DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizations. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employement laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Min. 5 years proven experience as HR Manager, especially in Global Freight Forwarding industry. Strong knowledge about employment law, performance management, employee relations, and HR information systems. Fluent in English (Proficient in Mandarin is a plus). Have a strong Leadership and Communication skills. Able to work as a strong team leader, ambitious, and hardworking.
