DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Business Development and Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies, proactively develop small and medium-sized enterprise accounts, and drive the adoption of AI software and energy management platforms. Customer Relationship Management: Communicate directly with C-level decision makers to build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. Market Analysis and Reporting: Track market trends and competitive dynamics, and regularly report sales performance and business opportunity progress to the management team. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions and the implementation of customer needs.
REQUIREMENT

5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or AI solution sales, familiar with enterprise sales processes and subscription-based platform sales models. Energy industry background (e.g., solar, wind, energy storage, energy-saving technologies, etc.) is preferred. Experience in battery, chip, or energy-saving device sales is preferred. Highly self-motivated and adaptable to hybrid work models. Adept at communicating with C-level clients, demonstrating strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
