DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor the company’s cash flow and ensure the availability of operational funds. Supervise payment processes to vendors and other related parties. Control company receivables and payables in accordance with due dates. Oversee accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Ensure data accuracy for production costs, overhead, and materials, and supervise cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (PSAK). Provide necessary documents and data for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations. Deliver financial analysis reports to support management decision-making. Implement and improve effective and efficient accounting systems and procedures. Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial reporting and internal controls. Perform Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) functions, including cost center management, internal orders, profitability analysis, and financial reporting, especially within ERP platforms such as SAP.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Finance & Accounting Supervisor. Strong knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and accounting systems. Proficient in costing methods, financial analysis, and budget control. Skilled in accounting and ERP software such as SAP (including FICO module) and Odoo. Holds Brevet A and B certifications. Experience in the FMCG or Personal Care industry is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and good analytical thinking. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
