DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Supervise daily work in the field to ensure it complies with the work plan and established quality standards
- Ensure all activities comply with implementation methods and procedures
- Coordinate directly with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding work progress
- Convey instructions from project management to the field team
- Check the availability of materials and work equipment in the field
- Ensure that the materials used comply with the technical specifications of the project
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress
- Report technical or non-technical obstacles in the field to the project coordinator or project manager
- Inspect work results to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Provide guidance on improvements if unsatisfactory work results are found
- Ensuring all work is carried out with consideration for workplace safety
- Reporting potential hazards or workplace accidents (if any)
- Conducting site verification before and after work (pre-check and post-check)
- Supporting the handover process (BAST) by preparing technical data and site documentation
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, or Telecomunication
- Required skill(s) : monitoring, and excellent FTTH network
- Familiar with ONU, ONT, CPE, etc
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
