DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, building strong capabilities to support company growth. Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, reporting, and analysis. Ensure compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and all applicable regulations. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support strategic planning. Drive process improvements and system automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in finance and accounting operations. Act as a bridge with the Japan office, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment on financial reports, data requirements, and related processes. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Legal, GA, Operations) to provide timely and accurate financial insights that shape business decisions. Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. High-conversational level of English. Minimum 5 years experiences from accounting or audit firm and at least 1 year managerial or supervisor role in-house. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations, mainly PSAK and IFRS. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; prior exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Advantage points for experience in multinational companies and for leading cross-functional projects (e.g., Legal, GA).
