Able handling order End to End for across Brand (new brand sourcing) Strong understanding of SMEE System for analyzing data of GAP Inc orders Collaborate with internal teams, factories, and headquarters to manage orders efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with the QA team, HQ, and factory to establish agreements before production, ensuring alignment on quality standards, timelines, and other key terms. Oversee material control and garment production to optimize output and meet shipment deadlines. Verify order details from HQ against the buyer’s requirement and immediately address any discrepancies. Ensure samples, QA files, and other requirements are prepared on time by coordinating with the factory. Share key details regarding materials, garment construction, packing methods, and floor readiness with relevant teams Monitor production reports, inspections, bookings, and export schedules to avoid shipment delays. Monitor garment testing submissions and confirm that test reports are ready before inspection. Communicate any factory / QA team concerns or process issues to vendor HQ to seek timely solutions.
