REQUIREMENT
Minimum education of Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT support or networking (female candidates preferred). Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Good understanding of computer network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN. Experience in managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Able to monitor and maintain network stability and security. Familiar with network monitoring tools Basic knowledge of network security and server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux). Able to work independently as well as in a team. Communicative, proactive, and possesses strong analytical skills. Willing to work outside of regular hours if needed (on-call support).
