DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle and resolve end-user IT issues (hardware/software) based on company guidelines. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults. Collaborate with external vendors to address technical issues. Work closely with the IT Service Desk and Data Center Operations team to support user needs. Provide timely updates on ticket status to the Service Desk. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and resolve related issues. Manage server and virtualization environments, ensuring performance and reliability. Quickly learn and support in-house company applications.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, including hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-user issues. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP), network tools, and related hardware (devices and peripherals). Experience with server administration, virtualization (VMs), and cloud infrastructure. Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems; experience with Mail Servers and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with SAP BASIS is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, high initiative, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented attitude.
