REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years’ experiences in IT Support Well organized & detail oriented Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta Key Skills: Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.), and networks. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical information to users and document issues. Analytical Thinking skills: The ability to analyses information, identify root causes of problems, and develop solutions. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to users. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyses complex problems and develop effective solutions. Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with users who may have varying levels of technical expertise and remain patient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Time Management skills: IT support specialists often handle multiple requests simultaneously, requiring effective time management and prioritization skills.
