DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee database and HR records.
Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., BPJS, tax filings, leave entitlements).
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Coordinate statutory compliance related to payroll (BPJS, income tax, etc.).
Administer employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements.
4. Performance & Engagement
Support performance management process (goal setting, reviews, feedback sessions).
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest initiatives to improve retention.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Maintain records of learning and development activities.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and local labor laws.
Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
