DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage cost controls (food & beverage costing, inventory, wastage). Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK; support IFRS reporting for group. Lead cash flow, vendor payments, and event settlements. Implement strong internal controls and liaise with auditors. Partner with operations on pricing strategies, contracts, and profitability. Supervise and develop the finance team.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting from reputable university, has CPA/CA/ACCA preferred. 8–12 years’ experience, with 3–5 years in a senior finance role (hospitality/F&B/event industry background strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of local tax, PSAK, and F&B cost management. Hands-on with ERP/accounting systems and POS integration. Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Willing to work at Kemayoran, Central Jakarta Working days : Monday - Friday and Saturday (every 2 weeks and half day)
