DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage daily bookkeeping.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Team Management
Lead, train, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Delegate tasks and ensure effective team performance.
Internal Control & Risk Management
Establish secure and efficient financial control systems.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Identify potential financial risks and provide preventive solutions.
Financial Planning & Budgeting
Manage company cash flow effectively.
Develop and monitor annual budgets.
Provide financial strategy recommendations to support business growth.
Taxation & Audit
Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.
Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 3 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, taxation, and auditing (Big Four experience is a plus).
Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5), English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
