DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Airflow and BigQuery.
Design and implement tables in Data Warehouse based on Business & Technical Requirements.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup strategies for databases to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of failures.
Maintain version-controlled configurations for database servers, ensuring consistency and repeatability across environments.
Automate routine tasks such as database backups, schema migrations, and data archiving to improve operational efficiency.
Develop database high availability and replication solutions to meet the requirements of critical applications.
Support data extraction and preparation for internal dashboards and regulatory reports.
Coordinate with reporting team/stakeholders to ensure data definitions are consistent.
Assist in cleaning, transforming, and validating datasets for use in BI tools such as Looker.
Provide occasional help with ad-hoc SQL queries or data exports.
REQUIREMENT
5+ years of Experience as a Devops Engineer with a focus on database management. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Go, Shell, and Python for automation tasks.. In-depth knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, etc., including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools. Experience with disaster recovery strategies (including hands-on backup and recovery experience). Experience in configuration management tools (eg, Atlas) for database patching and maintenance automation.
