Leading Managing IT Helpdesk & IT Equipment team Performance monitoring, tuning, and handling technical support Vendor Management Asset IT Management Perform regular maintenance of hardware in the scope of information technology Helpdesk / ticketing system monitoring
REQUIREMENT

Graduate or undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably have a basic knowledge with Technology infrastructure, hardware & software troubleshooting MS Office, Internet, other Good knowledge on Windows 10 / Windows 11 desktop administration and Office 2016/2022 Able to perform with minimum supervision Excellent communication, both oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Practitioner of hard work, honesty, and integrity. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities Strong analytical skills and passion for problem solving Full-Time position(s) available.
