DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Resolve customer's daily support tickets in a timely manner with high satisfaction. - Collect and analyse facts about customer issues, and collaborate with the T2 escalation team to successfully resolve the issue for customer. - Willing to travel to customer's place on the same regional or outstation other state. - Supporting on the pre-sales process and attend sales meeting with sales representative. Competencies - Amazing verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Quick learner, proficient in understanding and absorb new information. - Working with a group of people to achieve a shared result in an effective manner.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
