DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Handle all documents for EXIM process.
· Well-developed planning and organization skills
· Build a good relation and communication with shipping agent, co loader, vendor & customer.
· Well understanding & Good knowledge EXIM regulation and related with custom.
· Monitoring shipment progress and update report.
· Handle customer requirement for document and complaint.
· Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations regarding the shipment progress.
· Capability in handling for case / if any case and give solution.
REQUIREMENT
· At least Bachelor Degree, majoring in Logistics / Transportation from reputable university. · At least 3 years of working experience as Customer Service EXIM in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company. · Well-organized and able to work independently as well as in a team. · Able to work under pressure with tight deadline. · Computer literate. · Fluent in English (written and spoken) · Willing to support 24/7
