DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and customer data updates in accordance with OJK and internal policies. Review and validate customer documents, including identity, financial, and supporting documents. Ensure timely and accurate data input and maintenance in internal systems. Monitor data completeness and follow up with clients for any missing or expired documentation. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Compliance to ensure smooth client onboarding and data updates. Support audit and regulatory requests related to KYC and customer data. Stay up to date with the latest regulatory requirements on KYC and AML.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC / customer onboarding / data management, preferably in a financial services or securities company. Good understanding of KYC and AML procedures in accordance with OJK and industry standards is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Responsible, proactive, and a team player.
