DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

IT Infrastructure & Network Support – Maintain hardware, troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, etc.). System Administration – Manage user accounts, security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery. Production System Support – Support MES, ERP, machine-PC interfaces (PLCs, IoT) to ensure minimal downtime. Software & Application Support – Install, maintain software, assist users, and coordinate with vendors. IT Compliance & Policies – Enforce IT policies, data protection, and support ISO/IEC 27001 compliance. User Support & Documentation – Provide user training, manage IT assets, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1 – 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.. Knowledge of in Windows OS (client & server) / LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi / PC setup, troubleshooting, and basic server admin (Active Directory, file sharing, backup) / IT security (antivirus, firewalls, access control) Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, printers, scanners, and barcode devices.
