DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the chemical logistics industry. Focusing on ISO tank & Flexibag services Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trends in the Chemical Logistic Industry Educate potential clients on the advantages of using ISO tanks for the transport of chemicals, hazardous goods, etc Prepare customized quotation, proposals and contracts based on client requirements. Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively. Work closely with the Internal teams to create new quotation Daily report on commercial activities, opportunities and progress to management. Forecast monthly and quarterly sales targets. Any others tasks by management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on chemical logistics; ISO tank services; Flexitank provider Fresh Graduates welcomes to apply. Solid understanding of ISO tank, chemical transport regulations, and global standards Strong sales background with proven success in developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical details clearly to clients. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive market A customer-centric approach with a strong emphasis on building trust and satisfaction. Comfort with understanding technical specifications of ISO tanks and logistics operations. Ability to learn and explain product details confidently Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Chemical Engineering Proficiency in English
