DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Formulate and align policies and programs for employee talent development and management, starting from creating frameworks for people development and talent management, developing policies and SOPs, tools, work programs, and overseeing the implementation and monitoring of talent development and management programs to ensure employee development aligns with CVLT and internal talent availability that supports the company’s business direction.
Design and organize organizational development initiatives (including organizational structure, role profiles, job families, job evaluation, grading structure, and manpower planning) as well as related policy/guideline development to ensure the organizational structure and its associated elements are aligned with the company’s growth and business direction.
Design and implement employee performance appraisal systems, starting from developing a Performance Management System framework, policies and SOPs, tools (including implementing performance measurement using HRIS), executing and monitoring performance evaluations, and processing evaluation data to ensure the company has performance-related data to support remuneration decisions and other HR policy development needs.
Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent that fits the company’s business needs, including leveraging recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the process.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 3 years of work experience within one company.
Proven experience and capability in leading a team.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in building, implementing, and developing an organization and managing employees ranging from a small number to a large scale (more than 200–500 people)
