DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with relevant financial regulations Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to enhance financial management Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their professional development Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all accounting and financial matters Ensure the company's accounting systems and processes are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Recognised accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA or equivalent) Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Ability to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
