DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Analyse customer needs and support for troubleshooting problems/ change request. • Support reporting, documentation and standby monitoring. • Perform maintenance of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs • Responsive services • Manage daily IT network operations
REQUIREMENT

Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from any reputable university Strong knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, networking, and data communication. Having a minimum of 1 years of experience in the same field Knowledge in Routing Switching and Wireless Technology Having a ACA-CA or has complete a training about Aruba network. Good in English and good communication skills Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance inline with a broad plan, or strategy Ready to work at customer (Bandung placement)
