DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Supervise machine operators, technicians, and support staff to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Train and guide team members on best practices and operational procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a printing or packaging manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of offset printing, large-format printing, or digital printing processes. Familiarity with print production equipment, inks, substrates, and finishing techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
